By accessing and using MarcaniCV, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MarcaniCV provides an online resume builder service that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes. Some features require a paid one-time purchase.

3. User Accounts

You may use MarcaniCV as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account enables cloud sync and access to additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Cloud sync is optional and limited to Single and Pro plans. Control it from the dashboard or editor toolbar and remember to sync each resume manually. Copies stay local until you tap the sync button.

4. Payment Terms

Premium features are available through one-time purchases (Single Template or Pro). Prices are listed at checkout and may change. We may offer access restoration for purchases tied to your account.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may approve refunds for duplicate charges or technical issues that prevent access or export. If a PDF has already been exported, refunds are typically declined.

5. Intellectual Property

Resume templates and the MarcaniCV platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our service. You may use generated resumes for personal and professional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

MarcaniCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for job application outcomes or any damages arising from the use of our service.
